    The buyer agrees to place a NON REFUNDABLE deposit on the puppy of their choice. The puppy shall remain with the breeder until said date of weaning or proper age to be shipped.The remaining balance must be paid no later than puppy six (6) weeks of age. 

Deposits are NON refundable but transferable: can be placed on another puppy in same litter, or next available litter (breeding) of equal value. If value of puppy is higher, you must pay remaining balance

ALL PUPPIES ARE TO BE IN GOOD HEALTH AN TO HAVE A GREAT TEMPERAMENT ON PICK-UP OR ON DELIVERY HAVING HAD ALL OF HIS OR HER SHOTS & WORMING.WE REQUIRE THAT YOU TAKE YOUR PUPPY TO A LICENSE VET WITH-IN 48HR OF PURCHASE WE ARE TO BE INFORMED IMMEDIATELY OF ANY HEALTH PROBLEMS NO REFUND WILL BE GIVING PUP WILL BE REPLACED IF FOUND TO HAVE A SERIOUS HEALTH PROBLEMS ANY PUP DEVELOPING AN ILLNESS RELATED TO LACK OF SHOTS OR DE-WORMING WILL NOT BE REPLACED  NO PUP WILL BE REPLACED DUE TO DEATH OF COSMETIC ISSUES RELATED TO EAR CROPPING WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THIS AND IT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK TO REQUEST YOUR PUPS EARS TO BE CROPPED PRIOR TO TAKING POSSESSION OF IT. WE CHARGE $175 TO CROP EARS THE Breeder HAS the right to follow up on puppy’s if found in poor conditions, lack of vaccinations the breeder has the right to repossess any puppies or dogs without any refund. The buyer must keep us informed on the puppies progress.
